Healthy food ideas for camping
We’ll be RV camping next week and we’re not bringing a lot to cook since there will be places to eat at the campsite and in town but I’m looking for some easy ideas for healthy foods to bring and doesn’t require a lot of prep. We have a small frig and small freezer.

If you’re packing food from home:
Hard boiled eggs
Yogurt cups/Granola
Cheese sticks
Cut veggies w. Hummus
No-prep fruits (apples, bananas, peaches)
Grilled chicken cutlets

You can pre-make a quinoa or couscous salad with veggies
Cheese sticks
Hummus and pretzels
Hummus and sliced bell peppers or cucumbers
