Has anyone had this pain?
This past week, I have been getting this pain on my back. It is on my right side one palm over from my hip approx. I told the doc about it and he tapped my back to check for Kidneys but nothing hurt when he did that. He then tells me he thinks its my flank muscle? for DH to massage it... I don't think he is right tho.
TMI.. but at first I was associating it with my bowel movements, since each time I had the pain I had to go.. but then I would get them later on in the day as well... now as the week goes on it seems to be happening more.
With DS#1 I had sciatica in my lower left side of my back and now with DS#2 I don't have sciatica but this pain??
Is the baby on my intestines maybe? Or something else?
Just worried I'll need some sort of surgery after my CS.

could be sciatica... I got it sporadically in my second tri right above my butt bone in the back. Went away.

I had the sciatica in about the same place as you did with my first son. This pain feels totally different.

Sounds like muscle pain to me ... I've (THANKFULLY) not had any real issues while pregnant but pulled a muscle in that area three times in the year before and felt like I couldn't move some days.
