Has anyone ever made any of Rachael Ray's recipes?
I LOVE her and I have alot of her books. I was wondering if anyone ever made any of her recipes?

I made her chicken and dumplings, I modified it slightly, but it was awesome. I also hear her "You Won't Be Single For Long" Vodka Sauce is awesome. I have a few of her books, I really need to try some other recipes.

I love her recipes and have made a ton of them. The one I make the most is the 30-minute chicken under a brick.

I made her beef goulash and her Rosemary glazed pork chops. I just took 2 of her books out of th elibrary and make copies of the recipes that sounded yummy!

I've made so many-- Pretzel encrusted chicken, Black Bean Stoup, Pineapple Shrimp, No Mayo Tuna Salad.........And the list goes on. Everything has been SOOO good! Her recipes are easy to adapt, too.

I made quite of few of her things. Everything comes out really yummy, but there is usually a LOT of clean-up afterwards. The reason why she can do things in 30 minutes is because she has like 2-3 burners and the oven going at the same time. I just find that after one of her meals, every pot I own is dirty  .

We made the pretzel encrusted chicken and are having it again tomorrow night! It was good!
We actually had another one of her dishes tonight- the chicken picata pasta toss. SO GOOD!
We've made a few others too... popcorn buffalo bites, smashed skins... it really is pretty easy and it tates good too!

I was just looking through the one cookbook I have of hers...365 meals no repeats and I dont think I have all the ingredients for any of the recipes. Can someone give me the pretzel chicken recipe..I have pretzels and I have chicken so maybe I can make that.

I make her vodka sauce except I add chicken and peas to it. So when it says to add the shallots I add seasoned chicken pieces and then when I add the sauce I put the peas in.

Basically you just food process pretzels until the look like bread crumbs, dip the chicken in the pretzel, then egg, then back in the pretzel and fry them. I think she called for thyme in the pretzels but we didn't use it.
The other day when we made them I put some lemon juice and garlic in with the oil and YUM!!!!

I've only made 2 of her recipes: chicken satay stir-fry with orange scented jasmine rice (totally awesome) and I just had the turkey chorizo stoup (God I hate that word) for lunch. It's really good also.
