I saw it. I do feel bad for her, but hope it's the truth and them not just saying it.
I am really interested to see what the Queen or his brother has to say.
Interesting how quiet the palace is so could be a lot of truth to it. I like that you always see Meaghan and Harry showing affection and Kate and William never showing anything. I think it's also they are so different. Much more conservative. I'm just glad they're happy now.

Archie was not issued security because he is not a Prince of the realm. none of the great-grandkids are. This was not an Archie/Meghan thing. This is the case for all the great grandkids of the queen.
Another part that bothered me - Harry claiming his family cut him off financially early in 2020 and he had to live off what his mother left him. First off, his mom left him millions so he is hardly a pauper. Second, last i checked, when you quit a job, they stop paying you and take away all your work titles. That is all that happened. Let's not make this out to be some great tragedy.

It’s great she has Diana’s confidant to seek advice from. They were going to hurt this woman like they ruined Diana.
I feel like William was the one who was concerned about how dark the baby would be. I gathered that reading between the lines. It’s apparently not his father or the queen. So vile on so many levels.
It’s crazy how they protect creepy Prince Andrew. I’d be high tailing it out of there too. I think they made the right choice.

I watched, it was interesting. IMO, I think Harry is better off. He was never one to conform to being royalty and truthfully, he's like the ugly redheaded step child anyway, he'll never be king so why live under such strict rules? They seem happy together, hopefully they have a happier and more calm life now.

Right?? And it’s like maybe they should worry about the pedophile in the family over a little baby.
I also can’t imagine getting death threats and calling up your family for some sort of support and security detail and being told no.
No matter whatever weird majesty protocols they have or weird ******** rules, to be denied security detail with countless death threats is really crazy to me.

I interpreted that piece as yeah, they could help a commoner find a resource but it’s frowned upon in their creepy weird family system. That they are all supposed to keep a stiff upper lip, show no emotion, keep their names out of the press and stay out of all bad light.
Like it’s a difference between call this # versus “Oh you want to kill yourself? We all have been there, it’s just how it is. Can you go get ready now? We have an event at 7 pm.”
It sounds so toxic and unhealthy. While William, Kate, and Harry may be “ambassadors” of some mental health marketing thing, doesn’t mean they are capable of how to navigate these heavy situations, especially if they are conditioned to brush them aside in their family due to optics.
Diana attempted suicide a few times and it’s a real serious matter. I don’t think Harry was equipped at all to deal with it properly or even think clearly.
How it was handled sounds cruel and neglectful.

I would hate to question a woman opening up about what she is going through but something rubs me the wrong way about her. Why would Archie get a title? Only the children of those in direct line get a title I had thought. If they just wanted security I would understand that but they are very focused on title.
I think they don’t like her because she is an outspoken American divorcee and they don’t encourage these marriages(like how Prince Edward had to abdicate to marry an American divorcée). I don’t know that it had to do with race. I get someone said something stupid about Archies skin color but we don’t know who or what they meant by it. For all I know they commented on how unique and beautiful their baby would be and it was spun out of control. Or she is telling the truth. I just don’t know.

I agree. To me it sounded like she wanted to go somewhere to work on her problems, like one of those fancy therapeutic resorts which is very Hollywood like.
She didn't like the Royal lifestyle and didn't like all the rules they needed to follow. That's fine, go live your life but don't expect to reap the benefits of royal when you don't want the duties.

100% they faced racism. It was even shown in the press there, the double standards.

It didn’t sound like they could. In the interview she even said she couldn’t even have lunch with friends. They wouldn’t allow it. They took her passport and keys. She joked you can’t just call an Uber.
Her experience seems to be that of Diana’s.

Dammed if they do, dammed of they don't. We've become a society where every schmo on the internet feels they have a right to rip celebrities a new one just because they are in the spotlight
This made me think also about how so many people (like Megyn Kelly) seem to think that people can’t experience racism even if they are wealthy. That like if you’re rich and famous, racism doesn’t exist or you should just let it not bother you.

She essentially cut him off from his family and accused them of racism, something I think they will never truly overcome.
You can take him away from his country, his family. You can never speak with the inlaws. But to openly and unabashedly try to destroy them is something I cannot understand. If you want to live a private life, do so.
I'm not sure why they felt the need to air out their grievances so publicly to the world. Why would Harry intentionally try to hurt his father, brother and grandmother? His grandfather is on his deathbed. What purpose exactly does this serve?
The whole thing is sad. The rift between Harry and his brother and father will be insurmountable. I honestly do not see their relationship lasting. That, sadly, will be what may bring him back to his family.

I feel like I watched something completely different than you did. Harry basically said it was his idea to flee, thar he saw the fate of his wife would be that of his mother’s...
Harry said a close family member of his questioned a few times what would happen if the baby came out “dark..”
Harry accused them of racism... and said his brother is trapped. It sounded all launched by him. He said he didn’t realize what freedom was until he met her.
