I know exactly what I'm doing and why. For months and months your buddy would post digs and obnoxious comments to others on here. And finally, after seeing it for so long, I had enough and made a very conscious decision. Maybe tomorrow I'll make another decision. But she is no innocent victim. She knows what she is doing and intentionally tries to hurt people. Virtually no one on this site has ever done that before. Anything personal that I (and probably anyone else) ever shared was when this was a safe site and there weren't bullies going back years trying to find "dirt" to use to attack others. Your friend has single handedly changed this site for the worse. It is no longer a place where people can come to seek advice about anything from a favorite mascara to a sensitive relationship issue.

Not true. There are many threads and posts that are very helpful and I post to and go back with others and have no problem at all.
Maybe look at other threads for people asking for suggestions and see how those discussions go.

I know exactly what I'm doing and why. For months and months your buddy would post digs and obnoxious comments to others on here. And finally, after seeing it for so long, I had enough and made a very conscious decision. Maybe tomorrow I'll make another decision. But she is no innocent victim. She knows what she is doing and intentionally tries to hurt people. Virtually no one on this site has ever done that before. Anything personal that I (and probably anyone else) ever shared was when this was a safe site and there weren't bullies going back years trying to find "dirt" to use to attack others. Your friend has single handedly changed this site for the worse. It is no longer a place where people can come to seek advice about anything from a favorite mascara to a sensitive relationship issue.
Not true. There are many threads and posts that are very helpful and I post to and go back with others and have no problem at all.
Maybe look at other threads for people asking for suggestions and see how those discussions go.

Don't knock personal research on ones own health. Not to replace doctors but when my DH has bad wounds my research into different treatments is what turned the corner for him
I always hear that you 100% should advocate for yourself and your health and not blindly listen to a doctor.
Doctors are not gods. They are humans and they make mistakes and are flawed.
I would 100% advocate for my child if I felt she wasn't getting the proper care or treatment from a doctor. Anyone who wouldn't isn't really a parent IMO.
Sometimes the blind faith that people put into everything that comes out of a doctor's mouth is a little disturbing.
