Halloween Candy
how are you not giving in to the temptation of picking at halloween candy? i'm actually leaving to go to the gym to get me away from it. it's so hard not to eat it!

I pick one piece of candy that I want and have it . . . .
Most of the time I make sure we buy candy that I don't like . . .

I had 2 kit kats today and realized it was a waste of 4 points. It's not easy but somehow I am managing not to dive into the bowl.

Thats exactly what I do. You have to look at how many points you are wasting. Thats what helps me.
I had one small airhead yesterday!
