Half time show
Sorry, not impressed. Felt like I was back in the 90's watching the half time show. Was looking for some "WOW" and didn't get it. Even all the kids ran away after a bit bc they were bored.
Anyone else feel the same way or maybe you totally loved it?

I watched with one eye while scrolling on my phone- only because DH had it on and I was in the room- I don't watch the Superbowl at all.
But yeah, it sucked. And he looked awful. Like an old man trying to still be hip and young.
Snoozefest.
But I think all SuperBowl half time shows are overdone and cheesy. Huge waste IMO

I thought it was boring tbh. I kept waiting for it to get good and it never did. I think it would've been cool if his N'Sync bandmates came out for a song.

Same with DD. She was in a different room playing and ran in screaming TROLLS! And as soon as it ended she said "Again!" No, honey, it's not Alexa. He's only going to sing it once.

It was pretty dull. Some surprise guests would have made it more entertaining. Nsync or Britney. I think JT's ego is too big for that at this point.

I said the same thing about Britney when Cry me a river came on lol.
It was alright, when he projected Prince on the screen I knew it was over and that was his big wow for the show. JT was good but it was boring.
ETA: is this his first time performing since booby gate? I was assuming that is why he was playing it super safe/boring.

It was eh. I was expecting more singing / dancing than JT running all over the stadium.
The sound track was louder than his actual singing.
And what was his stylist thinking with that outfit ?

I thought it was entertaining. I was happy he didn't do too much of his new stuff. He has been heavily promoting it and I don't care for it. I thought it was hilarious how he let that boy take a selfie with him at the end. That kid must be so psyched.

I think something was wrong with the sound mix. It didn't sound good at all. I love JT so I enjoyed it but was not a wow performance.

He is getting a lot of sh!t for that. People are saying Prince wasn't a fan of JT and wouldn't have liked to immortalized like that. His one wow thing is getting mixed reviews.
I thought it was cool, but didn't know there was a JT / Prince back story.
