Hair Skin and Nail Vitamins
For those of you that take them, which ones do you take?
I was taking a great one from Amazon- Organic Trace Holy Grail- it had the same ingredients as the ones from It Works- that dumb MLM with the body wraps- but it was half the price.
And I have to say I felt they made a big difference over time.
Sadly, they seem to have been discontinued.
I'm taking a Target Women's gummy multivit that has some Biotin in it- but not a lot and I notice a difference in my hair since I stopped the good ones.
I want to get back on something good- but some of them- like the Vivascal or Nutrafol are crazy expensive- like $80 a bottle!
I can't afford that. But I want something better than maybe the Target ones.
Anyone use a hair vitamin that you feels works and doesn't break the bank?

Have you tried the vitafusion or Nature's Biunty? I did but saw no big difference.
I will maybe try the ones you mentioned since you said you saw a difference in your hair. What kind of difference? Thickness? Shine?

That's the issue- they are discontinued. That's why I'm on the hunt for a new one.
The thing I found- with the ones I liked- was it was more than just Biotin and the normal vitamin stuff- they had some proprietary blends of stuff that the Nature's Bounty and Target brands don't.
I noticed a difference in the thickness of my hair for sure- I have super fine hair- and I did notice it grew faster .
It does take a few months to see a difference though.

Collagen hydrolysate. It doesn’t only help nails and hair but so many other things like joints, vascular system, promotes a healthier digestive system, etc, etc, etc!

Try using collagen peptides. I used a powder that I just add to water.

Just did some Googling and found this article. Seems interesting. Hope it helps! I'm going to look into some of the ones they recommended as well. That is toward the bottom of the article.

I have been using Biotin from Trader Joes for years and it makes such a difference with my hair. I was losing a lot of hair before starting with Biotin and after a few months my hair stopped falling out.
Last year I forget why I had stopped taking it but for some reason I did and let me tell you that my hair started falling out. Got right back on it and will continue to take it daily.
Its the trader joes brand 5000mcg and I take 2 daily.
