Had my HSG test today
and while it wasn't the most pleasant thing I've ever had done, it wasn't so bad. Some cramping while it was happening but I took the Advil before and that helped. Felt pretty okay afterwards, but the best news is that my tubes are fine...no blockages...so one less thing to worry about!

It is a test where they shoot dye through your uterus and tubes to check for blockages or fibroids.

Thanks everyone...
The doctor who did the test also told me that sometimes after women have the test, they get pregnant right away..so I'm hoping that's what happens.

My doctor told me the same thing. I was supposed to have an HSG this past friday too, but had to postpone it because AF is lingering around (I'm now on CD12 and she's still here). Provided I don't get pregnant this month, I will go next month for my HSG
