GREEN TEA & ROBITUSSIN & PRE SEED oh my
ok i am giving myself 2 more cycles b4 getting IUI.....
and i am gonna pull out all (i mean all) the works....
throw out at me anything that could help....
so far- i will take robitussin, drink green t, use pre-seed, pre nat vit, what else?
any bit of advice will be so so so useful!!!
any tricks work 4 u?????????
special positions, leg elevation, am vs pm babydancing.... ETC! ?

Not sure if any of these will work, since I 'm still not pregnant, but here you go.
Grapefruit juice to Ovulation
Baby aspirin daily 81mg
Omega 3 fish oil, daily (1000mg)
evening primrose oil, daily to ovulation
carrots, daily til ovulation
Barilla pasta, havent tried but a lot of girls on here have
OPK's starting at day 10
sex every other day starting at day 10 until positive OPK, then sex everyday for 3 days.
After sex don't move for 15 minutes

white, unsweetened grapefruit juice and baby carrots always helped my CM and didn't feel like I was taking medicine I didn't need. I also loved the Omega 3-6-9 from Nordic Naturals.

thanks girls! i never heard about the grapefruit rememdy so thats awesome advice, although i am gonna get the grapefruit tablets since i have gastritis and need to avoid alot of citrus stuff!!
good luck to us all and i figure that w/ these last 2 hoorahs, i can say i gave it my ALL....

yeah, vitamin shoppe, GNC, Whole Foods too. The 369 was great for me and I've read of others get BFPs from it too. Once girl I chat with on another site was told to use them while TTC by her dietician. Nordic Naturals does a lot of testing on their products and are known for their quality.

did hubby take it too>? or any special vitamin regimen for him? he takes awesome vitamins called ALIVE. I wonder if that is enough....

i was reading that soy can decrease fertility. anyone know anything about this?

I heard that in large quantities soy can effect Male fertility. I did not hear anything with regard to women.

to be honest, the one month that I didnt chart, and go crazy doing everything I have ever heard of to make myself concieve, was the month I got my bfp. I know its soooooo hard to relax, but I really honestly think that stressing over it makes it harder. Im pretty sure I read somewhere that stressing when your period is due, will make it late...

DH didn't take the Omegas, just a regular multivitamin.
We're also both vegetarian and eat a good amount of soy. It never mattered and had no impact on the bloodwork and other testing we had done. Some people take soy isoflavins for 5 days early in the cycle (like you would with Clomid) in high doses b/c they say it replicates the effects of Clomid, but I won't believe it or try it for an instant! Soy's effect on fertility does not have a clear consensus. There are a lot of people with comments on it on the internet but no real medical information to back it up, though they state their opinions like facts.
