Got the results back from my leg sonogram...
The doctor said I don't have a blood clot (thank God), but he couldn't tell WHAT was wrong. His hunch is still that I had a Baker's cyst and it ruptured. 
If my leg is still killing me in a week's time, I need to see a vascular specialist. 
Hope I don't have to get naked again.
