Goody bags for 1st bday party?
I have like 15 children of assorted ages -- boys and girls -- coming to DD's 1st bday party. What should I do about goody bags? I don't want to spend a fortune, or have to buy individual items for each kid, but I also want the kids to like them! Any ideas?

I went to one recently that had kids of all ages probably up to about 7 yrs. The mom just put a bunch of that stuff you can buy in bulk packs in them like bubbles, sunglasses, play doh, etc. The older kids seemed to like them, younger kids really didn't seem to care.

I bought bulk items for goody bags at Party City. Also, if you have time and can order them you can see if oriental trading has anything.

For the kids under 2, I put a gund and an egg shaker. For the rest of the bags I put slinky jrs., silly putty, play dough, yo gabba gabba stickers, pencils, and little memo pads. I made "boy" and "girl" bags. Also, I bought regular "gift" bags from Party City for .39 each and stuffed them with tissue papaer on top. I ordered stickers from Tiny Prints that read Thanks for coming to my party! Love Always,Chloe.
