Going to Disney: gate check question
We have been to Disney a million times, but this December will be our first trip with DD who will be 7.5 months. I want to bring our own stroller (uppa baby vista).... I know the luggage guys aren't very gentle with stuff; r they going to manhandle my stroller & possibly break it? It was $$$ & I'm a little nervous.
Also, we will be renting a car so we will need the carseat for DD but I want the "regular" attachment for the stroller for the parks. Can I gate check my stroller with the regular seat on it AND my carseat??? (I'm flying jetblue if that matters)

Do you mean the guys who check the bags at the gates to the parks?? If so, they were gentle with our bags. We didnt have a stroller, we rented one in the park.

Nope I mean the airline guys who gate check your strollers, etc when u board the plane

I had no problems with my graco stroller flying southwest a few times.
Spirit slightly damaged my $10 BRU umbrella stroller once.
ETA: We've checked the car seat and gate checked the stroller.

You can gate check it all. I usually leave my carseat with checked bags though (its free regardless).
As for damage - I've flown numerous times with no major damage. Spirit destroyed the protective bag for my stroller once but, thats it.
