It's weird.. Luke tricked Tracy into marrying him. I don't remember the whole thing but he had transferred all of Helena's money to Tracy's bank and duped her into marrying him in Vegas (I think he got her drunk). Anyway - he tried to bribe her by telling her he'd give her a divorce if she gave him money but she wouldn't. For a long time they just played this game of back and forth.
I think it's pretty clear that Tracy has grown to really love Luke.. but at one point she realized she could never compete with Laura's memory. I think Luke also loves Tracy in some ways.. but he is still Luke and kind of takes advantage of her feelings for him.

It was years ago, when Dylan was dating Georgie.
Luke tricked her into going to Vegas & got her drunk & then married her & wouldn't divorce her unles she gave him the money, but after issues with him cheating, his heart attack & Laura coming back, they have grown to love each other.
They have a somewhat non-traditional marriage though!
