Garden party attire????
DH and I are invited to a wedding this June and on the invitation it says, "Garden party attire." Now, what is that? I have mostly black dresses (short, long, strapless, straps) for weddings, but never having been to a garden party I'm not sure if black is appropriate. And what about DH? Khakis, shirt and tie? No tie? So confused!

I am thinking casual summer dress with sandals with no heel in case you are actually standing on grass and khakis, button down shirt, no tie for DH.
No clue since I have never been to one either.

Thanks, that's what I was thinking. Pain in the butt because now I have to find a nice casual summer dress I will never wear again.
