yup, I think its one of the nicest houses you can find in that price range. He should do well.

She was looking in that area. But her husband didn't like the idea of commuting four hours a day. 
We're not going to be out looking for another five months. And Rocky Point/Miller Place/Sound Beach is still on the list, but isn't our first choice because of the commute.
But that house is adorable, and in great condition. I hope they get a buyer soon!

How far out is that area? What exit off sunrise or Lie?

its out there... I think exit 64 off LIE, up on the north shore.
