soooo do i get chicken teriyaki or hibachi chicken?

teriyaki is a thick sweet soy-gingerish sauce. Usually the chicken is covered in it.
Hibatichi is more of a 'grilled' chicken ---- salty-soy sauce based taste. Less 'saucy', more grilled taste.
Probably not great descriptions, but I tried

chicken katsu is delish. it is basically chicken cutlets.

where is wasabi? my office used to order from the place on conklin that is by main street - like 3 stores in from the corner. is that the same place? eta: duh! i pass this place on my way to work every day. not the same place. and it is called tori katsu that i get.
we don't order food anymore at my office. my boss is trying to save money. we have had 3 phone calls from our regular places asking why we stopped ordering from them.

Teriakyi isn't gingerish (to me) I HATE ginger but teriyaki is gooood. It is a little sweet though.
