For those who Rent in Suffolk

How much rent would you pay for a two bedroom condo in a nice development with many amenities?

I live in a gated community with a gym and a pool. they're charging $1635 for a 2 bedroom apt

ETA: just wanted to add that the 2 bedroom apts have 2 full baths and all apts have a washer & dryer in them. the master bedrooms have a walk in closet. and the place is maintained beautifully! I will really miss this place when we move Chat Icon

I would pay 1900-2200 depending on if it has its own washer/dryer & more than one bathroom.

we payed 1400 for a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom townhouse it was a really big place. it was also in a gated community. pool and clubhouse stuff like that hope that helps you. it had a laundry room with the hookup for washer and dryer you need to supply your own. plus it came with a dishwasher

Thank you so much! We are trying to decide if we should rent or sell our condo.

well, $1700 a month for your own beach sounds like a good deal to me!

we don't complain- it's nice- esp b/c Jake doesn't like to sit outside- and I do- so he can go in and out

and we are about 4 blocks from the boardwalk- so it's not to crowded
