for any of you with a sore throat......
im nursing my dd and cant take any medicine, and i know most of you are in the same boat as me, so i just wanted to tell you guys about an AMAZING home remedy ive been doing, since ive had this terrible sore throat!!
you boil some water as hot as you can take it...and add a part of white vinegar, and gargle with it, maybe 4 or 5 times...then do it a few hours later..
i felt like i was swallowing knives the other day, once i gargled, the sting went away, and i felt 95% better yesterday, now i have a very hoarse throat but it doesnt hurt like it did before!!

i'll have to remember that for te next time i have one. I just got over one of which i lived on halls cough drops and water anything to make it feel better for about 2 seconds.

I have been doing white vinegar, warm water, and salt for my throat. It tastes nasty (I even gagged a few times while doing it  ) but it works wonders!
