Food for thought...

So I buy a box of mozzarella sticks to satisfy my love for all things cheesy. Today I go to heat a couple up and noticed the box says:

"Mozzarella Sticks - Italian Style."

Now I am left Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon because I am under the assumption that mozzarella is in fact an Italian cheese.

My question to you all is...

...Are people really that dumb that they need to be reminded that mozzarella sticks are indeed Italian or do mozzarella sticks come in other nationalities like say German Style or perhaps Finnish? I might like to take a stab at some mozzarella from Uruguay when I am feeling a lil dangerous.

Re: Food for thought...

You can always change the "style" of any food by changing either some of the ingredients, or the condiments.

String Cheese is American, but it's still mozzarella sticks, just not breaded.

If you wrap the cheese with a thin pastry, it would be French style.

and btw I Chat Icon you for giving Finland a shoutout! Chat Icon how do they rank in your cheese love? have any Finlandia in the fridge?

Swiss is one of the few cheeses I don't like. I'm terribly sorry.
