Food for parents at child's party?

We are having DD's 3rd b-day party at the gym where she takes gymnastics. About 15 kids for an hour in the gym and then 1/2 hour for pizza and cake. The place takes care of everything for the kids. I can bring in anything I want for the parents.

What should I provide for the parents? The party is mid afternoon, 2:00-3:30

Coffee? Water?

Food?
I was thinking of a platter of mini bagel sandwiches but I think that may be overkill. Should I just order a couple extra pizzas from the place or maybe just make a fruit/cheese/cracker platter?

My DS' bday party was from 215-4 or something like that.
I figured parents may have eaten lunch already, so, I did Box of Joe (coffee) and cookies.
The place cut one slice of pizza in half for the kids and we ended up having leftovers, so, some parents who wanted it, got. Not many took though. I ended up bringing home.

I always order extras of whatever I am serving for the kids (generally pizza). If there are any leftovers, i bring it home. I always have people back to my house after the party!

I would order extra pizza or bring in a sandwich platter.
