Fisher price aquarium for the crib
My sister bought me the new aquarium thing that goes on the side of the crib. I have the older one but the water is too low to use it since it's over 2 yrs old. My question is that they say it needs to be 7 inches from the mattress. Well, in order to hook it up in my crib it's almost to the mattress?  I don't want the crib mattress to be lowered since he's so little and I need to reach him. What did everyone else do that has this? Thanks!

I am having the same problem. I had to attach it to the foot of the cribn and its kind of stupid because she cant even see it over there. we are thinking of returning it :( but its so cute! interested to see what tohers say about this,
we hav a concertible crib by the way. is that what you have also?

I had no idea that it had to be a certain amount of inches from the mattress . Mine is probably 5 inchs from the mattress. I also have a convertable crib. I might actually move it up (the straps have the adjustable holes) only because he has a habit of kicking his feet at night and I dont want him to hurt himself.

Mine is still on the floor in her nursery. DH needs to rig it on our convertible crib as well........

Same here, mine is on her dresser and DH needs to figure out how to rig it up so it fits.

mine doesnt fit around the crib either....the bars are too thick......I may have to return one, because I threw away the box of the second
