I've only heard about their dishwasher drawers.
The appliance dealer that my FIL works with talked my MIL out of getting them. He said he has more people call for repairs on them that any other appliance he has ever sold. She is getting the Bosch instead.
Can you do a search on the model number for complaints?

My parents have a dishwasher and it's awesome. 2 drawers and totally silent. Sorry, I don't rememebt what kind of fridge they have!

My in-laws have the clothing dryer. I do not like it at all - usually has to go more than one cycle for clothing to dry.
ETA - oops! Forgot they have the washer too. I like the washer, but as I said, I don't like the dryer.
