I was going to TRY to wait until our 1-year anniversary in July and say something then about expanding our family.
That or change my profile pic to "baby on board" or something not so subtle like that.

Everyone on FB knows I'm obsessed with my dog, so I was thinking of announcing that he's going to be a big brother. I'll see if people figure it out, or think I'm getting a new puppy.

One everone I knew IRL knew and after we heard the heartbeat, DH and I announced it on FB the same day. I made a cute little rhyme
"Christmas is great and New Year's is fun but inbetween I will meet my bun. Coming Dec. 29th"

We announced on FB a day or so after Thanksgiving. So it went something like this "Hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving. We have a lot to be thankful for this year after almost 3 years of infertility we are proud to announce that we are expecting!!!"

My family and close friends already knew, and people were posting on my wall which I kept deleting ASAP, but people definitely saw and rumors were spreading... so I wrote somthing like this
"Yes, the rumors are true! Landon is going to be a big brother to TWINS in August 2010!"

"One year ago I married my best friend, and our first year has been amazing and now we are becoming a family..baby *our last name* is due 8/29/10.

DH changed his profile picture to a sonogram picture. I changed mine to the same one and said, "Jim changed his profile picture so I figured I would change mine to avoid any confusion."
Then when we found out it was a girl I said, "Baby Girl 'C' coming to you July 2010"
