Family Vacation Ideas - 8 adults 4 kids under 5

We are looking for a family vacation next year in June/July 2011 for my parents, siblings and our kids.
We were thinking a Bermuda cruise -but they want to charge $800 per kid which seems crazy since they will be 4,3 and 1 years old.

So now we are trying to think about other ideas. We may still do the cruise but are trying to think of other options.

Disney?
Jersey shore?
etc.

aruba (specifically Marriott - surf club)

it is very family friendly can walk to abut 20 other hotels (and their restaurants) and other restaurants (chains and local) so no car is needed!

we went with 11 adults and my 2 kids 2 yrs and 1 yr and we ALL had the best time!
the pool/slide/lazy river and beach was great!

how bout the outer banks in north carolina?
you can rent a big house for a week and just spend time together on the beach... theres a bunch of other stuff to do, too. you can walk up the cape hatteras lighthouse, visit wright brother first flight memorial, rent kayaks/jets skis, go play mini golf...
some of the houses are great! you can rent one with its own poll, game room, home theater, etc...
my parents own a house down there that they rent out, so i'm pretty familiar with the area. let me know if you have any questions.
