End of the year teachers gifts
Do alot of people give their kids teachers a little gift at the end of the year?
I got my sons teachers a gift card to Borders and he made them a bookmark and a card... it's the least I can do for all their hard work all year.

As I teacher I can say that they do give gifts. I really like what you got. What teacher couldn't use books?

I'm a teacher, and I think your son's teachers will love that gift!
I love book store gift cards, and I especially love nice notes from parents. 
My class mom this year made me a DVD montage of my class activities through the year. I CRIED when I saw it! My best gift EVER!!

The gift certificate will definitely be put to good use! Teachers love beefing up their classroom libraries.

Nothing like waiting until the last minute for us this year. Everyone at his picnic today had already brought in their gifts. I really don't have the extra money to buy gift cards, and DS has a TON of teachers. We made cards today on the computer with his photo on them and thoughtful words inside. I have some spa gift set thingys that I bought months ago for my gift closet, so I'm going to send those in.
