egg whites
no matter what I use when I cook egg whites it sticks to every pan. I use that green pan, oil, butter, avocado oil, doesn't matter sticks!!!

I cook them slow, and at a lower temperature.

I was cooking them on a higher heat. So low and slow = less or no stick. I'll try this Thank you
