Egg Whites...
I know 3 egg whites is a point but is it still 1 point if you have them scrambled???

I don't know what happened...I went to the deli to get egg whites and ended up with a toasted bagel with butter instead....while I was eating it it was good now I feel so guilty...how many points is a bage with butter by the way?
No lunch for me...

Wholly cow I just used up more than half of my allowed points for the day for a freaking bagel!!!
That's bad bad bad 
I punished myself with no lunch...I only had a banana of course now that leaves with 6 pts. for tonights dinner and we are going to my SIL's tonight...looks like i'll be blowing the diet tonight and on the weekend cuz I have a birthday party and then going to dinner for father's day...

I just went on the WW website and looked up bagel...a large bagel with cream cheese and lox is 12 pts...I had a large bagel with butter...i gotta look up butter...I think it should be less points...no?

ok a tbsp of butter is 3 pts. so let's say I had that much on the bagel...i'll take the points. A medium plain toasted bagel is 3pts. So let's say mind was a large then it should be like 6pts...so my total should be 9...but then again my bagel wasn't really that large, I really think it was mediu should really it should be like 6 or 7 pts in total...i'll give myself the extra point.
