Doughnut Plant
Has anyone ever been? I saw it on Best Thing I Ever Ate last night and am dreaming of the coconut cream donut that they make. Looked so amazing. Adding it to my food Bucket List!

They're good, but you need to go to Peter Pan in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! They have a cream crumb donut that is to die for! They're consistently rated in like the top 3 donuts in NY for years now.
ETA: I have Doughology by me in Lynbrook. It's really good, but they are cake donuts, not fried which is not my favorite, but still. They always have Churro donuts which are awesome but on the weekends sometimes they'll have the rainbow cookie donuts and cannoli donuts. The cannoli ones are my faves!

I love donuts.
I can eat them every day.
A good jelly doughnut with granulated not powdered sugar on top.
Called Berliner in German.
I know how to make them too, but I won't because then I will eat them all.
So good, but so bad for the scale.

I haven’t but they look amazing.
There used to be a place across from the Wantagh train station called dough me a flavor and the donuts were absolutely amazing. The Nutella was to die for. Sadly they closed but I still daydream about them!

OMG I need to lose weight and all I can think about are donuts LMAO. The ones mentioned in this thread sound amazing! I've had Duck Donuts and they are fantastic.

Duck donuts is incredible. I highly recommend getting an egg sandwich with the caramel bacon donut and hot sauce caramel drizzle.

Nofo Doco (North Fork Doughnut Company) in Mattituck has amazing doughnuts. Go early because the sell out of the best ones!

Oh man this brings me back to when I was a kid and having donuts from Glaser's Bakery in Manhattan! They dont make donuts like that anymore! With the jelly oozing out! YUM!!

So funny because I walk by the Doughnut Plan every day on my way to work and the place skeeves me out. It looks dirty, maybe its the area that makes me have no interest in walking in. 
I didn't realize it was a known place.
