Does this sound like a stomach bug?
DS who is three threw up twice today and has 104 fever, now down to 102 with motrin. I hope it only a 24 hour thing  and my little guy doesn't get it.

I'm not sure about the stomach bug part, but both my girls had a fever this week that lasted about 2-3 days. Hope he feels better soon!

I should have added DS2 who is 15 mo has no fever but diarrhea for the past 2 days  and i am getting over pneumonia.

Aww, that stinks! I feel your pain...after my girls got over the fever Wed, my 5 month old woke up at midnight last night with a high fever. She now has a double ear infection. It's just never ending thsi time of year!!

I'm not sure such a high fever is common with a stomach virus...I would call the pedi...Hope he feels better soon....

We were there this morning as soon as the fever started. He threw up for the first time on the way there.

it could be..... ds did that last month then all of a sudden dh and I had a bad stomach flu.

We had it here....Dom and Leah and they both had fevers with it. Dom was 24-36hrs.....the vomiting and fever, and then the next day he was just tired and wiped out from it but no more fever.(started 11pm and went all night and the next day by the following day he was ok....it lasted longer for Leah)
