Does anyone use a Probiotic for DC everyday?
Our dr. recommended this our DD is in daycare, 3 years old and just got over pnuemonia, she said this would help boost her immune system.
Wondering how safe it is or if there are any side effects?

Not every day just when I feel like their immune system is down from being on antibiotics (ie...repeated ear infections).
Side effects, if you give too much aciciphilus it can soften stool...

Yes, DD gets them every morning through a powder form.
My oldest will get them through yogurts etc. If I remember to put them in her drinks (the powder) I will do that.

Alexa gets pro biotics 3 X a week for maintenance. If she is sick she gets it once a day until she is better

So does Bella get them every day then Chelle? If so, what brand? DD has been boycotting yogurt for months, and I was curious about probiotics too for her to help boost her system on a daily basis.

I use Udo's Choice infant probiotic.
SHe gets 1 tsp 3 times a week in about 1 ounce of water in her sippy cup. When she was an newborn I mixed it with a few tsp of water and gave it to her in a medicine syringe
