Does anyone know where to go or how early to meet the princess and see the dresses at Princesses on Ice?

Does anyone know where to go or how early to meet the princess and see the dresses at Princesses on Ice?
We are going tomorrow but would hate to go an hour early and then not be able to see everything because we dont know where to go.

When I called the box office they said it was going to happen in their concourse. I would go early I think it could be very crowded.
