DD likes it. I found and liked several recipes I like on Allrecipes.com I like the pilaf recipes the most.
One trick I was told is to be sure to rinse it very well to remove a bitter outer coating.

I used to until DS stopped liking it but for a LONG time he had it several times a week - I cooked it in veggie broth and put in tons of veggies - it was a great way to get all different veggies in him. Sometimes I would throw in meat too.

I am having so much fun experimenting with different recipes for DD. I ordered a bag of quinoa with my Fresh Direct order this evening to try it out. Thanks for the tips! I heard it is so good for them (and us too!)
