doe retro question
is the 12.5% retro check based off of the total gross income between 2009 and now? I started in 2014 with MA+30, and based on what I'm calculating it's like over 20k. Is that correct?

No that doesn't t seem right if you have only been working since 2014. You aren't going to get the full amount from before you were working.
