 I am just the opposite. I would rather jump out of a plane (and would probably like it), than do some of the things I have been avoiding.

Sometimes yes, and then not always but at times it just makes situations sooooo much more than they should be. It is an ongoing battle with me to try and overcome some of my frustrating fears.

Same here. Mine stems from my family. My family doesn't do anything out of the ordinary b/c you never know what could happen. Neither my mom or grandmother fly or travel. It's sad b/c my grandmother has always wanted to see India and my aunt and cousins live in Ca. but she refuses to get on a plane. DH is frustrated with me b/c I do tend to let my fear decide for me. But I'm taking more chances. I just have to remind myself to be careful in what I do.

Unfortunately YES, too often. I am trying to get through my anxiety and hopefully after I will be able to do more things without the fear.
