Do you get pain/soreness in your pelvic area from walking alot?

I went to the mall on Saturday and noticed after about 2-1/2 hours I started to feel sore in my pelvic area? Is that normal?

Walking is a great way to move the little one *in position*. As uncomfortable as it is, I'm walking the dog like a mad woman these days.

I know that's how I feel. I keep telling myself I'm going to "rest" but I never do. I'm always up and at it...whether it's shopping, walking the dog...I swear I look for things to do!!

Hey- if you've got the energy, why rest? The more active you are, the more likely you are to have a quick delivery.

When you ARE feeling tired though, listen to your body and rest.

Glad to hear it is normal, because I noticed this for the first time about 2 weeks ago. Same thing happens to me if I walk for awhile.

I do when I walk around in flat (no cushion) flip flops...I couldn't figure out why my pelvic bone was hurting but over the weekend I finally realized it was from walking around in my flip flops...
