Do you fall asleep to the TV?
I used to and would go to bed at 11:30 - now I'm falling asleep earlier w/o the TV on, around 10:30.

I sometimes do, if I'm not completely exhausted I can't fall asleep with the TV on at all. But if I'm tired, put on a movie or a show that I want to watch, and I'm down for the count. Happened just last night!

I like to sleep with it on but DH HATES it! So now I am 50/50 for falling asleep with it on.

no, I need everything turned off to sleep (lights, tv)
but if I am watching something and really tired I will fall asleep but wake up a few hrs later to turn it off

DH WILL WAIT UNTIL I AM SLEEPING AND TURN THE TV OFF
REGARDLESS I NEED THE TV ON AND DH DOESNT

I grew up with it on at night, my mom sleeps with it on, my sister, everyone. I put Nick and Night on
FH hates it.

we always watch TV in bed. Usually I fall asleep first but my DH will put the 15 minute timer on when he is ready & we fall asleep to it!

Every night. I pass out on the loveseat in the living room.
DH knows right when I am going to fall asleep - he says that I "assume the position" and then I am out like a light.
He wakes me up before he goes into the bedroom. Of course, I am all cramped up from contorting my 6 foot tall body into a comfortable ball on the loveseat.
I seriously need to break this habit.

That's my DH - he contorts his body to the couch and then at like 3am I wake up and go wake him up on the sofa - he fights getting up to come to bed, but I'm like - dude your body will thank me to be more comfortable!

I used to have to fall asleep. When DH and I moved in together he was not used to it and it was an adjustment. I decided that I didn't like needing the TV on to fall asleep, and found it kept me up later then I needed to be.
Now no TV in the bedroom and fall asleep with no problem
