awww.. hope you feel better soon. Make sure to tilt your head all the way forward when using the neti pot. Like I said, i find the squeeze bottle MUCH better. it actually helps you because it is cleaning out all of the crap.
You can also try a nebulizer treatment (if you have a neb) using colloidal silver

I had the WORST sinus headache/infection when i was pregnant early on. b/c you producing so much mucous due to the estrogen, it can get hairy.
my dr. said his wife lived on Sudafed for 2 pregnancies. It is safe to take..and so is Tylenol. Check with your dr.
I also use the Neil Med Sinus rinse (bottle not the NEti Pot) and found it helped alot with getting all the gunk out.

Go to the doctor. I thought I had a bad cold, turns out I had a Sinus Infection and Respiratory Infection at the same time.

This happened to me last year. I wasn't PG though. But it was bad. Couldn't breathe AT ALL. Drove me crazy. I'm sure it's ten times worse when you are pg! Hang in there, hope it gets better!

I remember feeling that way when I was pregnant (7 years ago!!!) and trying everything and not being able to breath. I don't have any suggestions since I tried all of the things you said. I hope you are feeling better today and this will go away soon

How long have you been on the antibiotic? If it is more than 3 days I would call the Dr. and tell him b/c you probably need a different antibiotic. Same thing happened to my friend who is also pg. Got sicker after the antibiotic. turns out that one wasn't working - as soon as she started the new one she was better in a few days.
Also - I agree, the sinus rinse bottle is better than the neti pot. Also, try drinking a glass of water with two teaspoons of apple cider vinegar at least once per day.

NeilMed Sinus Rinse bottle
first blow your nose, then look at the directions it tells you how to tilt your head over the sink, at first it feels like its not going to come through the other nostril but then it does break through.... yeah its GROSS, but when i was pg with ds(after being miserable for a couple days trying other stuff) I used it and it was sooo much better. it tells you hjow long to keep going for - its not just to break through to the other side, its like 2 oz of saline to come through
