Decoration Ideas for Aly's Christening....
any ideas....we're doing a BBQ at home and trying to keep it simple and somewhat casual.

When is it? You could opt for just fresh flowers around the house, tea sandwiches - sort of a garden party feel.

I was just thinking about tons of fresh flowers. You can always go to Costco, and pick up tons of flowers really cheap.
You don't have to do big arrangements, just one or two for large tables, then little bud vases or small ones for around the house.

How about pretty outdoor lights and lawn spikes. I know you're in FL, but teh kind of stuff you could get at Island Rec up here? Maybe all butterflies or sunflowers?

I'm having Emma's christening at our house too. I plan on renting a tent, and putting fresh flowers on the tables - white lights around the porch, and candles all over the place. We did prett much the same thing for our engagement party and it look really pretty.
