Customer Service RAVE!
DD received a gift many months ago that she had to grow into. She finally hit the right size & I took it out of the closet to wash. When I undid the snaps to read the instructions a bunch of them broke. 
I immediately goggled the company and sent them an email with all the info. The NEXT day I got a reply  asking for a photo of the item. I sent it. Two days later I got another reply with an apology and a request for DD's current size & our address to send a replacement.
Today's mail brought the replacement item!!!!  
It's nice to know there are companies out there that still care about their customers.
HURRAY for Little Me & their outstanding customer service!!!!

I agree 100%...I had a problem with an outfit, i wrote them an email, and they told me to send it back. They mailed me a new outfit within a week or so!
