Cough Medicine for a 2.5 year old?
Can you give cough medicine to a 2.5 year old? If so, which one do you use?

DD had a bad cough this past week from post nasal drip. I believe the recommendation is no meds under 4 but he said if it wasn't letting her sleep. He recommended robitussin dm -. I wouldn't give anything though w/out speaking w/ your ped 1st.

My doctor allows maddie 1 tsp of Triamedic cough & cold.. she's 3.
I would ask your doc

My ped said 1/2 a dose of pediacare. Check with the ped!

We used Robitussin for Ava, just the expectorant.

Thanks girls. I called the Ped just to be sure, and they recommended Pediacare.

DDs ped doesnt reccomend anything like that and she is 3.5
