Well we are moving into an apartment so I didn't want to go to formal. I want it to be a comfortable place for us to relax and still pretty if/when we entertain. So I bought lt. brown (think mocha) plush microfiber sofa and love seat. Each piece has two recliners. Sorry I don't have a stock photo but they are so comfy and pretty too!

I have a microfiber sectional-it has 2 recliners and a chaise lounge. It's 3 years old and still looks brand new.
AND it's sooooooo comfy!!!

We have two - one from Bernhardt with a chaise at the end. The other is from McCreary Modern - they sell it at Crate and Barrell and Macys Furniture and it's the most comfortable couch ever!

I was just going to post a similar post asking people about their family room furniture. I am so torn between microfiber and leather. I am considering going with something like this (because I have a cat that scratches and a DH who is messy).

I have a leather sofa. chair and ottoman from Macy's. I totally recommend getting the fabric protection. 2 years after we got it, I noticed a small tear and they replaced the whole sofa!

i have this set from jennifer convertiables in a sage color (don't recommend them---awful service and poor quality). i have them from when i just graduated college and plan to keep them in the den. i will order something nicer when i buy a single-family home for the LR.
we already had to have the couch reupholstered b/c it stains easily!

for the den we have leather. I like the leather because it is easy to keep clean. With Diana, it is nice to have something we can just wipe down
