please share your experience with them. We are buying our kitchen cabinets from them, and so far I'm not impressed other then their prices. But I think there's something missing. Its 4K less then HD. Cabinets are both Kraft made but the ones from HD are the lowest grade and the ones from consumer are the highest. its so off I'm really worried.

I'd really like to hear all experiences with them good or bad. I feel like its a scam or something. And to be honest, they made me feel like I was buying a used car. Super pushy, and they steer you towards what they want to sell. We worked with a guy who could barely use 20/20 I had to teach him, and I barely know the programChat Icon

FM me if you don't want to post
TIA

We used them - I really have no complaints other than I wish I went custom.

Did you price out custom cabinets? Please do so, just get a quote. You may not get the most beautiful looking cabinets but at least it would truly maximize your space. Just get a quote - no obligation, you know?

Yeah - at the same time - Kraftmaid isn't cheap either.... just get a quote. Try the vendor on here - you're working with a budget, right?

If I could do it all over again - I'd get custom cabinets and cheap countertop and cheap appliances and replace those down the road.

We priced cabinet with them but after adding in everything we wanted, it was more than the custom cabinets we got (from the vendor on here - Dynamic Kitchens). The guy we dealt with had zero interest in this - asked me about a floor plan instead of getting the measurements and working out the best one for me. He was not helpful at all with helping me choose the best quality for the best price and the style I wanted. I was just not impressed at all.

We got our Cabinets from them. The cabinets are exactly what I expected but the customer services was terrible. The cabinets took weeks longer then we were long. When they came, some of them were the wrong size. The people were totally not helpful or nice for that matter. The price was amazing, but we did pay a non monetary price for it.

I had a great experience with them. I love my cabinets. I can fm you a picture if you want! They came in earlier than expected and I was able to pick up a piece of molding at the holbrook warehouse so I could use it to pick tile/^granite. One door had a weird looking section of wood and they replaced it for free right away. Kraftmaid was the person to call for damages not consumers. I got cherry with full overlay and all of the extras (pull outs, garbage can, utensil divider, sponge drawer, etc). I was the one who kept adding the upgrades not the salesman. I spent 14k.

I got my Kraftmaid from them and everything went fine. We paid about 4K for ours and I priced them at HD and they were 10K at HD. Consumers has a deal with kraftmaid and gets special pricing.

We did get on broken piece once we unpacked eveything but they replaced it and never even asked for the broken one back.

My parents have used consumers fo r3 different kitchens and never had any issues and they always had good prices.

see that's what I got too. a much better price with them then HD, BUT I realized consumers left off a lot of pieces we will actually need that HD was including which made the price more. I'm going back there today with my HD list and I want them to price me out for everysign piece that HD did and then see if it compares.

We used them for our bathroom. We got our mirror, vanity, over john, etc from them. I loved them and the sales associate I worked with was really great too. I wouldn't think twice about using them in the future when we redo our kitchen!

When I was looking for a bathroom vanity and cabinets, my friend told me not to go there b/c she was having problems with a vanity that she had ordered. They had to come to her house and fix it 3 times.

However, I found a set that I absolutely loved and had to have so I took my chances. We had no problems at all. No one was pushy and I am very pleased with what I purchased

We used them for our Kitchen, we went to the one in Commack. We sat down with one of the designers, spent a few hours with him and have absolutely no complaints.

It did take a little while for them to come in but we were in no rush. When we started putting up the cabinets some of the doors had small imperfections, we called up Kraft Maid and they sent out replacements right away. Great Service.

thanks everyone! we went to a different location last night and got a young guy who wasn't pushy at all and knew exactly how to use the 20/20 program and made a layout we love. I really wanted to go with HD because the guy was amazing that helped us but its still 2K less at consumers. We literally used the HD list and had them re-create the same layout. Chat Icon Chat Icon fingers crossed it all works out ok. I'll post pics when its done.
