Colonoscopy and endoscopy- will I want to go to work after them?
I have had an endoscopy before (which was nothing), but now I am getting both and endoscopy and colonoscopy in one procedure. I am getting it done during the day and heading to work at 5pm. My job is the most lazy job known to mankind, sitting on my butt. But will I be okay to work a few hours after them?

IMO no. Not necessarily because of the procedure itself but because of the "prep" for the colonscopy. It totally wipes you out.

You can't drive for 24 hrs. So unless someone else can take you, I would stay home.

no way after a colonoscopy. not supposed to drive or do anything that requires brain cells...even a couple...for a while after the procedure gl

I don't know if you went yet, but if you didn't plan ahead. They will not let you drive home, and you can't go to work. You should rest for the remainder of the day.
