Well I pull it apart.. but I pull EVERYTHING apart. I eat like an effing raccoon when I'm not being watched for manners - I tear everything into little pieces with my hands.

I used to take bites out of them, but they last much longer if i pull them apart, so i do that now!

It totally depends on the day and the type of string cheese. If it's the twists I always pull it apart.
