While they aren't maternity clothes, Joyce Leslie has lots of tops that are long and roomy. I got several tops there that I'm still wearing in my 9th month.

Kohls or there is a Maternity outlet in the Source Mall that has Motherhood, Pea in the Pod and Mimi stuff all really cheap.
Check out their sales racks.

i found stuff on clearance at Target and had luck with that. Motherhood maternity has clearance racks too which are good. Being that the baby doll style shirts are "in" these days, maybe you could wear those since it should cover a belly pretty good and its loose. I bought a few of those myself. Aeropostale had quite a few of them for 7 bucks on sale as of last night. Sweatpants 14 bucks too. I hope that helps!

not every H&M has maternity... smithahven does.... you can go on the H&M website and search for stores with 'H&M mama'
Most of my stuff comes from H&M and target...
