changing from 1 heating zone

house has only 1 heating zone, has anyone changed to more? How much would it cost around?

We changed our home to 3 zones..the upstairs which we rarely use is on one zone, our great room that has a wood stove is on it's own and then the rest of the house has it's own.

We did it in 2 stages and put in new baseboards at the same time, so I can't tell you exactly how much it was, but it wasn't really that much money and we noticed the savings on the oil as soon as the cold weather came.
