What percentage do you get? I don’t need brand names because they won’t have them here. I’m just trying to weed (excuse the pun  ) through the choices here and I notice it’s by percentage here.

Mine doesn't list a percentage- just mg.
they are 10 mg per gummy and i take 2 - so i take 20 mg. If I'm really a wreck I take 2 and a half- 25 mg-- and it's perfect

mine is by strength..I get the 1000 mg strength. They are tinctures, and are in a liquid form.

Mine come in 10 mg gummies- the instructions say take between 1-3 at a time.
So even if I took 3 that's only 30mg
The thing is they are EXPENSIVE.
Which ones are you using ? where do you get them?

I am taking Canna Chemist - they are from a local store near me that sells CBD. From what I was told the gummies are not strong enough. They are considered more of a booster to the pills or the oil. They should be taken when you feel like you may need an extra boost from the pills.
I could probably use 75mg/day, but like you said they are pricey. I pay $75 for 30 pills and I take 2/day

Yeah that is freakin' expensive! Ugh, I wish the price of CBD would come down a bit!

the mg on the bottle is usually the serving for THE WHOLE BOTTLE. It depends on what serving size they are suggesting and how many servings, then you can tell what actual MGs per dose you are getting.
I distribute CBD and use it daily, so im well versed in it. Recommended dose for daily supplements and homeostasis in the body is 50mg. So if you have a 500mg bottle, that will last you 10 days.
However, I always suggest to start small and work your way up little by little. Some people reap many benefits from 10-25mg for anxiety and sleep (depends on what you are trying to use it for).

I dont think that brand is legal. Just so you know, anything from hemp derived in the US is not a legal product technically. Hemp is still on the schedule 1 list of drugs. Hemp must be imported to be considered legal. Stupid I know. The farm bill of 2018 which has yet to be voted on may change that b/c they are trying to get hemp off the schedule 1 classification. But it still has not been agreed upon by congress..so that has yet to be seen.

This is helpful, thank you. I can never find a "recommended " dose anywhere online. I know it's because it's not a drug but I was looking for at least a range or guideline

what does the bottle say is a serving size? b/c you can just adjust what goes in to the dropper.. like a full dropper might give you 10mg. Do you have a label you can send a pic of so I can see what you're looking at and what the %age of CBD is.
you're in the UK yes? I am not sure what the labeling standards are there, but here in the US is is like the wild west and unregulated (unless you make medical claims b/c then the FDA will go after you like they have with Hempworx and Charlottes web). Often times the products dont even contain much CBD in it. Just hemp seed oil.

CBD oil
I recently purchased Sunday scaries. I tried 2 at a time, then 3 and then 4. It did absolutely nothing to me and I was disappointed. Recently I feel like the serious things in life I am handling but the minor things I can’t take and then I freak out bc I find crumbs on the floor. I am so slightly (not for real) OCD and a type A personality. I feel like my nights are a struggle of dinner - cooking and cleaning and bath and homework and 45 freaking papers from my DD school and extra projects. I literally cried the other evening over common core 1st grade math.
I need something to take on an as needed basis. I am scared for SSRIs and xanax I take to fly and while I have on hand I am scared if I take to live my life I’ll get addicted as they’re narcotics. I am almost thinking of smoking real weed but scared I’ll get caught lol. I’ll take any suggestions for cbd oil and doses to try!
