I use Sunday Scaries gummies.
I like that they taste like candy.
It helps calm me down when i am stressed and helps me sleep better- stops the brain from racing

i like gummies! lol... I also like the idea of not having to buy accessories, like a vape and stuff. I have a few friends who swear by CBD in a vape, but I just don't want to do all that.
How many do you take? Just like one a day/when you need?

I take 2 gummies as needed. I try not to take them unless I feel I need them because they are expensive.
They are delicious. I don't like to inhale anything so I would never vape.
The instructions say 1-3 gummies so you have to just find tbe dose that works best for you

Everyone reacts differently. It also depends on type of cbd product.
The oil i have been using relaxes me physically for a couple of hours and then i get sleepy and sleep really well for 7 hours!

When I take it mid day at work or whatever, it doesn't.
If I take it at night and then go lay on the couch I do feel relaxed and end up falling asleep... but then again my couch is like ambien to me even without cbd so who knows. 
But I have taken it at work and didn't feel tired at all
