Can you use AAA discount PLUS current promo being offered at Disney
Can I book through AAA and get the normal AAA discount in addition to the room only discount being offered by disney?

No you can't mix and match. Plus unless you are booking room only AAA package discounts are booked through AAA? You can do room only disney disney discount and buy your tickets through AAA. You can't however stack package discounts...so for example you can't get free dining and AAA package rate.
BTW I also don't recommend booking through AAA unless it is a last resort they completely messed up my DD#1's trip and luckily I knew more than their AAA TA so I got it corrected.
